International Students - Application Procedure
Upon completion of the online application,please submit the following documents:
(i) Applicants faxes or e-mails his/her academic qualifications to Asian Tourism International
College for initial approval.
(ii) Once Asian Tourism International College received the faxes, an answer could be provided
within 24-hours via fax or email. If the applicants is approved, the applicant will submit the
formal applicant to ATI College, that is:
8 passport-size colour photographs Copies of the secondary results (i.e. certificates / paper qualifications / academictranscript). In addition to the actual transcript, please include the English translation
if it is in a different language.
If available, 3 sets of photocopied passport (Identified page). Please ensure at leasta one-year validity of your passport.
Hostel Reservation Form (if on-campus accommodation is needed) RM1,500 International Student Charge (in bank draft or international money order,etc) payable to Asian Tourism International College Sdn Bhd
Note: This is the only payment needed at this stage. All other tuition and fees to be
paid will be notified later by Asian Tourism International College to the applicant.
Kindly courier all the above documents to the International Office at the respective
institutions. Please make sure to send those documents to Asian Tourism International
College at least 8 weeks before the commencement of the programme (Note: Our intake
will be in Jan, May and Oct)
(iii) Upon the receipt of these documents, Asian Tourism International College would
immediately release an Offer Letter. The letter shall be faxed and couriered to the applicant.
(iv) At the same time, Asian Tourism International College shall submit all documents to the
Malaysian Immigration Department for Student Visa application. Usually this process takes
at least 4-6 weeks. The student needs not to do anything during this time, just wait to hear
from Asian Tourism International College.
(v) Once the Student Visa is approved by the Malaysian Immigration Department, Asian
Tourism International College shall fax & courier the Student Visa Approval Letter to the
student. Hostel Reservation Form shall also be sent together.
(vi) The student shall then proceed to the nearest Malaysia Embassy to obtain a Single Entry
Visa (applicable to certain countries only); and arrange for air ticket.
(vii) For student who wishes to stay our hostel, he/she needs to submit the Hostel Reservation
Form to the College, together with RM300.00 as a hostel deposit to the College as soon as
possible.
(viii) Student needs to inform the College for airport pickup 5 working days in advance by email
or telephone.
(ix) Once the student arrives at Asian Tourism International College and start classes, Asian
Tourism International College will pass the student’s passport to the Immigration Office to
endorse the Student Pass in the passport. This process takes about 4-6 weeks.
IMPORTANT : YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE TREATED AS COMPLETE ONLY AFTER WE RECEIVE ALL THE ABOVE MENTIONED DOCUMENTS.
