Background Information
The Diploma in Tourism Management program offers students the opportunities to seek employment either in the tourism or non-tourism industries. This program was developed with the thought of preparing students to enter the workforce at the managerial entry-level stage holding positions such as tour coordinator, reservation and ticketing supervisor, tour agency supervisor, bank officer, customer service coordinator, retail supervisor and many more. The program structure emphasizes strongly on both application skills and theoretical knowledge. Students who have successfully acquired this qualification will be very much prepared to tackle the ever-challenging tourism industry.
